John Shlonsky

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & PRESIDENT

John Shlonsky is Chief Executive Officer and President of West Technology Group, LLC. He joined West in November 2017. John's career spans more than 25 years in the payments, technology and financial services industries. Most recently, he was senior executive vice president of TSYS and president of TSYS' Merchant Services segment. John joined TSYS in 2016 as a result of the company's acquisition of TransFirst, where he was chief executive officer and president from 2006 to 2015. Prior to joining TransFirst, he spent 11 years at First Data Corporation in various senior management positions including president of Merchant Services and has also served in financial management roles within Smith Barney, Chadbourne & Parke and Grumman Data Systems.

John Russo

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

John Russo is Executive Vice President of Finance of West Technology Group, LLC. John joined the Company in December 2019. Prior to joining the Company, John served as Vice President, Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Business Intelligence for DataStax, a data management company, from November 2018 to December 2019. From February 2008 through November 2018, John served in various finance positions, including Vice President, Global Financial Planning and Analysis, for CA Technologies, a business-to-business software provider.

Nimesh Davé

PRESIDENT, NOTIFIED

Nimesh Davé is President of the Notified segment at West. He joined West in July 2022 after a successful history of leading technology and cloud-based businesses. Prior to joining Notified, Nimesh was President of Global Cloud, a multi-billion dollar worldwide, virtual business division within Ingram Micro Corporation, a global leader in technology and supply chain services. Before Ingram Micro, he spent two decades as a leader within Tech Data Corporation, working in Europe, Brazil, Canada, and the United States. During this time, he drove improved operations, established a new line of business, led major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) initiatives, and redesigned numerous European functions while effectively integrating 25 acquisitions into the business.

Rebecca Jones

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER, MOSAICX

Rebecca Jones is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Mosaicx from West. She joined West in January 2021 from Appriss, a SaaS data, analytics, and technology company, where she served as vice president of operations, responsible for driving operational strategy and margin expansion while managing global teams across data management, professional services, technical support, and customer contact centers. In her 25+ year career, she has held a broad range of executive operations roles focused on growing businesses, people, and profit margins. Rebecca also serves as a member of the board and technology chair for the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).

Bob Mannix

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Bob Mannix is EVP and Chief Accounting Officer of West. He joined the Company in June 2018. Bob has more than 25 years of accounting experience and started his career at Ernst & Young. Bob has served in various leadership positions within Financial Reporting, Technical Accounting, and Corporate Controllership. He has worked at global, public companies across various industries including technology and software.

Lou Brucculeri

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & GENERAL COUNSEL

Louis Brucculeri is Executive Vice President and General Counsel of West. He joined West in November 2017, bringing over 25 years of legal experience and 30 years of experience in computing, communications and software technologies. During his legal career, Lou was honored to be appointed in advisor roles to several federal courts in many different cases. He has worked with technology innovators such as Intel, Apple, ServiceNow, Polycom, McAfee and ZTE. Earlier in his career, Lou also served in senior in-house roles with Compaq and seminal internet innovators Alta Vista and Zip2. He has been honored by multiple national publications for his exceptional legal work, especially in the area of intellectual property law.

Anup Nair

CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Anup Nair is Chief Information Officer of West. He joined West in March 2018. Prior to West, Anup was chief information officer and chief technology officer of Vantiv, now Worldpay. Anup has also served as chief information officer for several businesses at Barclays, Morgan Stanley and Citibank. He has over 22 years of experience in leading large global organizations through significant transformation and growth.
